Phone consultations are a wonderful compliment to any training program (you don't have to be a Spot On Training student). Phone consults are not to replace training, however they can help you troubleshoot issues that can be solved through a conversation. Maybe you have a hectic schedule and can't commit the time to sessions right now, but need professional advice:
- as a new dog owner
- regarding equipment use
- advice on potty/crate training
- choosing a new dog to fit your lifestyle
- with some destructive or nuisance behaviors just as chewing, barking, etc
Note: If you're looking for advice on problem behaviors such as separation anxiety, fearfulness, aggression & reactivity, or resource guarding please read about our behavior consultations. It would be irresponsible and unprofessional for us to provide information over the phone on these issues.
What can you expect?
Phone consultations are 30 minutes in length and are scheduled in advance.
What does this include?
Phone consultations include a one-on-one phone conversation that offers advice or troubleshoots a training issue. Additionally, a Spot On Training handout may be emailed to you if applicable depending on the topic of discussion.
How much does it cost?
Each phone consultation is $55 and payment by cash, check, or credit must be received before the start of the scheduled consultation.
